Established Golf Cub / Venue & Restaurant located in the Centurion area is currently seeking a Sous Chef. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in both chef and kitchen management roles, with a strong background in a la carte restaurant environments. The ability to effectively coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation with the head chef is essential. Key responsibilities will include food preparation, stock control, setting up food stations and food quality control. The successful applicant must must have the ability to work in a team and lead other cooks. Experience in other types of food delivery also needed as the venue does functions and events. This is a cooking and management role. Must have own transport. Salary R 12 - 16 K net depending on experience.
