This is an excellent opportunity for a SOLUTION ARCHITECT who wants to work at scale within Azure and contribute to the cloud architecture behind a major global HealthTech business.
Based in CAPE TOWN (hybrid) this SOLUTION ARCHITECT role is paying R1.6M – R1.9M.

Behind the scenes sits a complex ecosystem of applications, services and integrations that support everything from onboarding workflows to personalised guidance.
They're actively upgrading their tech landscape, strengthening system reliability and security, and making sure the platform can scale with increasing demand.
As SOLUTION ARCHITECT, you'll work across the architecture that supports a high-volume, consumer-facing environment.
You'll be involved in designing how systems, APIs and integrations interact, ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure and ready to support their ongoing digital transformation.
Most of your work sits in solution design and technical guidance.
You'll define architectural patterns, review engineering approaches, and step into C#, .NET Core and Azure tasks where your input adds strength and clarity to the solution.
You'll help modernise existing systems, support new platform capabilities, and work across Azure infrastructure, including App Services, Functions, networking, monitoring and storage.
This also includes contributing to CI / CD reliability, ensuring system documentation is accurate, and helping maintain a stable operational environment.
It's a hands‑on architectural role where your decisions directly influence the reliability, performance and long‑term scalability of a large, evolving HealthTech business.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years hands‑on development experience with C#, .
NET Core, MSSQL and MySQL
Experience designing distributed systems, APIs or microservices
Strong understanding of relational databases and query optimisation
Azure experience across App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking and Security
Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
