OysterLink is the newest and fastest-growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over , monthly visitors organically.

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands‑on expertise, and excellent English communication – with proven experience in:

Developing and executing engaging paid & organic social media strategies to attract both talent and businesses in the hospitality industry to our social channels and website.

Organic Strategy
  • Creating high‑quality content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn (text, images, short‑form video) to attract organic growth month over month.
Paid Strategy
  • Creating ads and managing paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to get Job Posting sales.
Performance Review
  • Reviewing performance and adjusting campaigns to improve results (on both organic and paid).
Goals for this Position
  • Grow OysterLink's presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn through relatable, high‑quality content.
  • Get Instagram to k followers within a reasonable timeline.
  • Increase organic reach, engagement, and community interactions.
  • Drive results from paid social campaigns (job posting sales, talent signups).
  • Drive qualified traffic from social media to the OysterLink website.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing (organic + paid).
  • Proven track record of growing social accounts organically with real, measurable results.
  • Experience running paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or similar – excluding Google Ads.
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to come up with ideas that can go viral.
Performance Tracking
  • Basic performance tracking using in‑app analytics only.
Availability

Full‑time, remote‑work‑at‑home position. Team members must be able to work until 3 pm EST.
