What You’ll Do
Community Management
  • Daily monitoring of all social pages.
  • Responding to and engaging with our community quickly, warmly, and professionally.
  • Escalating complaints to Customer Care and ensuring full resolution.
  • Assisting with social content scheduling.
Social Media Management
  • Supporting the creation of engaging posts and exciting competitions.
  • Delivering monthly reporting, insights, and performance tracking.
  • Bringing conceptual thinking to every touchpoint because great content builds great communities.
Social Media Post Design
  • Conceptualising and designing thumb-stopping social media posts in line with brand CI.
  • Creating digital layouts and creative adaptations for various platforms.
  • Supporting campaign development through strong, fresh creative work.
Team Collaboration & Innovation
  • Working closely with the full marketing team.
  • Suggesting new features, content ideas, promotions, and competitions that grow brand awareness.
  • Staying ahead of emerging trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Providing after-hours or weekend community support when needed.
Requirements
  • Matric
  • 3+ years’ experience in Community Management or Social Media Management.
  • Excellent writing and copy-driving ability
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities across multiple pages and platforms.
  • A future-focused mindset trend-aware and innovation-driven.
  • A genuine passion for digital and social media.
  • A strong customer-service orientation.
