Social Media Lead – Paid & Organic Execution
Location : Hybrid (Pretoria) |Start Date : 1 March
We're looking for an experienced Social Media Lead to manage all day-to-day execution within our Social Department.
This role is highly hands-on with a strong focus on paid social campaign management (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), optimisation, analytics, and reporting — while also supporting organic strategy, content briefing, and caption writing across multiple brands.
You'll ensure the team delivers high-quality, on-brand work and that all campaigns meet performance.
While you oversee workflow, execution, and output, people leadership and final approvals remain with the General Manager.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency, is exceptionally organised, and loves turning strategy into performance-driven social content.
