Job summary

A technology company in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a site services technician to perform on-site preventive maintenance on clients' computer equipment and provide management with reports on findings. The role requires an IT qualification or A+ N+ certification, hardware and software experience, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Candidates should also possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Knowledge of POS in retail is an advantage.

Qualifications

• IT qualification or A+ N+ as a minimum.
• Experience in cabling implementation.
• POS, Retail (FMCG) knowledge/experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance by servicing clients' computer equipment.
• Report all findings to the manager.
