The overall responsibility is to plan, implement, administer, and control the company's SHERQ systems, including processes related to people, plant, and equipment, to maintain SHERQ certification encompassing Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems. The role also involves managing relevant documentation and quality aspects to ensure ongoing compliance and certification, including equipment maintenance and resource availability.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality ISO 9001, Environment ISO 14001, and OHSAS systems.
- Register, administer, update, and follow up on all database systems, including but not limited to:
- Customer Complaints
- Product Return for Credit
- Corrective Action System
- Isolations
- Internal and External Audits
- Drawing control
- Incidents and Accidents
- Procedure Data Matrix
- Aging analysis on actions
- Update approved supplier list and facilitate re-evaluations
- Compile reports for management meetings and feedback to sister companies
- Prepare monthly reports as needed
Administer all drawings for the Quality Control Lab, registering new and updated drawings, ensuring latest versions are used.
Manage, update, and compile all in-process inspection books.
Handle requisitions and orders.
Distribute and update all Group and SHERQ master documents.
Participate in desktop and internal audits and facilitate audit planning.
Provide data for management reviews and facilitate output, including drafting minutes.
Ensure master equipment is calibrated to national standards.
Draft Certificates of Conformity (COCs).
Manage RMA claims and report H&S incidents.
Maintain toolbox talk minutes and legal appointment records.
Arrange internal and external training sessions.
Schedule and document H&S meetings, distribute minutes, and post notices.
Distribute weekly age matrices.
Plan and conduct internal audits, analyze trends, and develop reporting structures.
Assist with customer complaint investigations and develop control measures.
Maintain organized records of all documentation and records.
