Job Title: ServiceNow Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and APM/PPM modules.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations with ITAM, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
• Ensure data integrity and governance within CMDB and related architecture tools (e.g., BlueDolphin).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Application Portfolio Management and Software Asset Management processes.
• Provide performance analytics and reporting to support business decisions.

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, CMDB, Discovery
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL® Foundation v3 or v4
• Micro-certifications in Performance Analytics, APM, or related domains

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow APM or PPM modules
• Knowledge of ITAM integrations and Software Asset Management
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integrations
