The Role: Senior Technical Consultant

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end technical support, solution deployments, and client training across a portfolio of advanced technologies. You'll be instrumental in driving client success through technical expertise, collaborative engagement, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a technical support or consulting role
• Deliver expert-level technical support and troubleshooting to clients and partners
• Lead the implementation of professional services, from planning to deployment
• Train clients and partners on product usage and system configuration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in technical processes
• Stay up to date with evolving technologies across Speech Tech, AI, Automation, Telephony, and 3D printing
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and training materials

About You

• 3-5+ years of experience in a technical consulting or support environment
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and master new systems quickly
