Our client an established construction contractor operating across the Northern region is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for cost management and commercial analysis on large-scale building projects. This immediate opportunity offers the chance to work on substantial developments while leading cost control functions across the Gauteng and Northern region.

Requirements

• Tech Quantity Surveying Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/building quantity surveying
• Proven track record on large-scale building projects
• Experience managing the full commercial lifecycle from tender to final account
• Demonstrated experience in cost management and contract administration
• Experience managing junior and site-based QS staff
• Large-scale building projects (commercial residential industrial or institutional)
• Multi-storey buildings and complex construction projects
• Proficient in CCS
