We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic telephony projects across the organization. This role will oversee complex initiatives that enhance telephony systems, call centre platforms, and customer engagement channels, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of telephony projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Telephony Systems Oversight: Drive projects involving IVR, VoIP, call routing, contact centre solutions, and telephony infrastructure upgrades.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity.
