What the job involves
  • Owning 4–7 complex events at a time, end-to-end
  • Leading client communication with clarity, confidence and professionalism
  • Translating briefs into structured project plans, timelines and workflows
  • Running client status meetings and maintaining strong client trust
  • Managing logistics across venues, AV, staging, décor, catering and build
  • Leading suppliers, negotiations and on-site delivery under pressure
  • Supporting creative concepting with feasibility thinking and structure
  • Collaborating with creative teams on pitches, proposals and presentations
  • Building and managing budgets, quotes, approvals and reconciliations
  • Tracking profitability, flagging risks early and owning financial accuracy
  • Maintaining impeccable ClickUp hygiene – no silent missed deadlines
  • Leading event days calmly, kindly and confidently
  • Supporting internal teams and reducing operational load on leadership
What you need to be considered
  • 7+ years' experience delivering events in an agency environment
  • Proven experience running complex corporate events end-to-end
  • Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams
  • Solid financial understanding (budgets, margins, reconciliations)
  • Excellent written communication – client emails, proposals and pitch decks
  • High emotional intelligence, maturity and calm under pressure
  • Confidence leading suppliers and teams on-site
  • Comfortable with busy periods and deadline-driven environments
  • Obsessive attention to detail – systems, timelines and documentation
  • Bonus points if you have experience with conferences, summits or large-scale corporate events
  • Enjoy supporting creative thinking and pitching (without needing to design)
  • Love admin, lists, colour-coding and turning chaos into clarity
  • Naturally anticipate problems before they become problems
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
