Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a NOC or infrastructure support role.
• Expert-level experience in firewall platforms (Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.).
• Strong background in Windows Server 2016+ and Linux operations.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work U.S. night shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform firewall configurations, backups, patching, and policy updates.
• Manage cloud and local backups and validate restore procedures.
• Conduct server patching and monitor infrastructure health.
• Deliver health and patch reports and assist in post-incident documentation.
