You will need strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, and SD-WAN technologies, with a focus on optimizing client service. Ideal candidates will possess a CCNP certification and experience in a pressurized environment while demonstrating strong communication skills and adaptability.

• Investigate support calls and identify root causes.
• Provide onsite technical support to clients.
• Conduct monthly incident reviews and recommend improvements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for work optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Consult customers regarding their network requirements.
