Our client is looking for a creative, strategic thinker and dedicated Senior Multimedia Designer / Social Media Manager to join the team.

Purpose of the job : The Senior Multimedia Designer / Social Media Manager will be responsible for embodying innovation, digital excellence, and sharp visual storytelling.

The role is ideal for a highly skilled creative who thrives in a fast-paced campaign environments and can translate strategy into compelling multimedia and social content that drives engagement, brand affinity, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Multimedia & Creative ProductionProduce broadcast-quality multimedia assets (video, motion graphics, reels, animations, graphics).
  • Lead visual direction across campaigns and integrated marketing outputs.
  • Develop design concepts aligned to client brand strategies.
  • Ensure CI consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Adapt creative for ATL, BTL, digital and experiential applications.
  • Social Media Strategy & ManagementDevelop and manage social media content calendars.
  • Oversee posting, scheduling, optimisation and audience engagement.
  • Grow reach, impressions, engagement and follower bases.
  • Manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
  • Prepare monthly performance analytics and insights reports.
  • Work alongside strategists, copywriters, AV teams and account managers.
  • Guide junior designers and content creators where required.
  • Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation sessions.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in multimedia design + social media management.
  • Advanced Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong motion graphics and animation capability.
  • Experience managing brand pages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube.
  • Understanding of analytics tools and optimisation insights.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and campaign impact.
