A consulting firm based in Centurion, Gauteng is seeking an experienced IT executive to develop and implement their IT strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in ICT, including 5 years in senior management, and a proven track record in governance and service delivery. Responsibilities include budgeting, overseeing IT operations, and leading IT teams. This role promotes strategic direction and requires alignment with corporate objectives.

    • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of IT systems.
    • Drive continuous improvement in service quality and user experience.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Monitor compliance with legislation and statutory requirements.
    • Promote sound governance, risk management, and institutional integrity.
    • Represent IT in internal and external stakeholder engagements.
  • People Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and empower IT teams to achieve high performance.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
    • Drive strategic change and embed the company’s values and culture.
  • Organizational Participation
    • Actively contribute to committees and cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
