A highly reputable Mining Company based in the Northern Cape Province, has the perfect opportunity for a Senior HR Manager Mining with extensive mining experience. The position is also responsible for the development and implementation of the best human resources policies, procedures, processes, systems and practices and the leadership role within the business and HR function.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements :

• Degree in HR
• MBA / MBL
• Hard rock mining experience
• Registration with the SABPP at chartered or master’s level or equivalent
• More than 15 years’ HR experience
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience at an executive level
• Minimum 5 years’ mining experience
