Zeminwe Recruitment is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to manage the finance of a Commodities division. The successful candidate must hold a relevant financial degree and completed SAICA Articles with proven experience in international finance transactions, foreign currency management and hedging.

What We Are Looking For :

• A qualified finance professional (BCompt or equivalent) with completed SAICA Articles
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience including hedge accounting
• Proven expertise in international finance, foreign currency management and hedging
• Strong command of Excel and financial systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus)
• Experience in multi‑entity environments and cost accounting
• A natural leader with exceptional attention to detail, analytical strength and the ability to thrive under pressure

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the finance team
• Manage treasury cashflow and foreign currency exposure
• Oversee creditors, debtors and credit insurance
• Drive budgeting, profitability analysis and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with SARB export / import documentation and hedge accounting standards
• Consolidate financials across entities and support audits
• Continuously improve financial systems and workflows
