A leading pharmacy chain in South Africa is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to provide expert Labour Relations advice at their Head Office in Midrand. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations and a qualification in Human Resources Management. Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 Years’ experience in Employee Relations Generalist.
  • Experience as an ER Generalist in Retail or FMCG industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Labour Relations advice to management and employees.
  • Advise on best practice in Employee Relations matters.
  • Interpret and advise on applicable Labour Legislation.
  • Chair Disciplinary hearings.
  • Coach and facilitate training sessions.
  • Prepare and present best practice solutions for the business.

Education

Grade 12 / Matric
