Job summary

A leading financial institution in South Africa seeks an experienced Credit Risk Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients in the Resources and Project Finance sectors. The ideal candidate will manage credit risk assessments, facilitate the credit sanctioning process, and ensure compliance with the bank's policies. A B-degree in Business or Commerce and a postgraduate qualification such as CA(SA) or CFA are required, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in credit risk or sectors like Mining, Oil & Gas, or Project Finance.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience within a credit risk environment or relevant sector experience.
• Ability to manage relationships with business partners.
• Skilled in conducting thorough credit risk assessments.
