Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Proven track record managing teams and project schedules.
• Experience on large-scale or multidisciplinary sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Direct and coordinate the work of site teams.
• Interpret construction plans and allocate resources.
• Ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Monitor material usage and stock levels.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
