Manage day-to-day catering operations across two sites. Ensure exceptional service delivery for both daily operations and functions/events. Maintain strong financial controls, including budgeting, cost management, and reporting. Build and maintain relationships with diverse and demanding clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence. Uphold Tsebo standards for quality, safety, and compliance.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in catering management, preferably in a multi-site environment. Strong functions and events management background. Solid financial administration skills (budgeting, cost control, reporting). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous).
