Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field Professional Business Analysis or Product Certification (CBAP, AAC, CSPO, SAFe PO / PM) advantageous Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC methodology 5+ years' experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in a complex IT environment Proven delivery of medium-to-large systems and digital transformation initiatives Advanced capability in requirements elicitation, business process modelling, and solution design Experience with enterprise systems, integrations, and cross-platform business processes Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and similar tools Strong facilitation, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills Demonstrated ability to coach and guide analysts Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Brief Description of Key Performance Area

Lead complex business and system requirement analysis - End-to-end clarity and alignment with business and technical stakeholders Produce detailed BRDs, user stories, workflows, data requirements, and interface specs - Documentation is accurate, complete, and approved Drive solution design and support architectural discussions - Solutions aligned to business objectives and system landscape Support and influence product backlog prioritisation - Priorities reflect business value, risk, and strategic objectives Coordinate with Developers, Testers, Vendors, and Architects - Requirements understood and delivered effectively Lead UAT planning and oversight - Smooth UAT execution and resolution of defects Ensure traceability and governance across full SDLC - Full lifecycle documentation and change traceability Identify and drive process and system improvement initiatives - Measurable improvement in system and process efficiency
