Our South African Change Delivery organisation is expanding, and we are seeking a senior client‑facing Business Analyst to own the end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle for large LISP and Retirement platform implementations and enhancements. The role is senior: you will run client workshops, challenge and refine requirements, manage expectations, translate ambiguous needs into crystal‑clear specifications, and ensure our product and delivery teams deliver the right solution the first time for the client and the South African jurisdiction.
