We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to architect scalable solutions, improve system performance, and mentor junior developers, contributing to our client’s mission of revolutionising compliance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend web development experience
• Strong experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework
• Experience with Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS
• Deep understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Proven ability to architect integrations and scalable systems
• Experience building and scaling web applications
• Familiarity with message brokers and queuing systems
• Experience writing and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
