Job requirements

Experience

Fluent in one or more statically typed languages: TypeScript, C#, Java, or similar

API design and implementation: REST, GraphQL, authentication flows ➔ CI/CD: CircleCI, GitHub Actions, (Jenkins optional)

Databases: Postgres, MongoDB, other SQL/NoSQL systems ➔ Cloud deployments via GCP or AWS

Service communication: Pub/Sub, Kafka, SQS, or other event-driven and messaging systems ➔ Observability: monitoring and alerting with tools like Datadog, Prometheus, etc.

Logging: structured JSON logs, context-aware logging ➔ Strong in optimization: code complexity, performance, and cost ➔ Tooling: Docker, Git

Proven experience designing and building robust, scalable APIs

Hands-on deployment of services in cloud environments like (GCP, AWS)

Solid background working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB)

Familiarity with both synchronous and asynchronous backend service communication

Delivered production-ready backend systems with CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling
