Join our R&D team as a Senior Automation Test Engineer and lead the charge in transforming our testing strategy through cutting‑edge automation.
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
Lead Automation Strategy: Own and drive the automation testing process across our flagship cloud‑based platform.
Build & Optimize Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks that ensure speed, reliability, and scalability.
Mentor & Inspire: Guide a team of quality engineers, instilling best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, product owners, and analysts to ensure seamless integration of testing into the development lifecycle.
Innovate with Purpose: Research and evaluate new tools and technologies, delivering proof‑of‑concepts that push the boundaries of automation.
Experience: 7+ years in automation testing, with deep expertise in C# (preferred) or Java.
Technical Mastery: Strong grasp of OOP, file handling, DB operations, and test scripting.
Tool Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with Selenium Web Driver, TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps.
Agile Mindset: Solid understanding of STLC and Agile methodologies.
Version Control: Comfortable with Git, SVN, or CVS and working in Visual Studio.
Certifications: ISTQB / ISEB certification required.
