About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a confident, design-driven professional who is technically strong and capable of taking ownership of project stages while collaborating closely with senior architects, interior designers, and consultants.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and retail projects; ensuring design alignment, technical accuracy, and exceptional project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural designs from concept through construction documentation.
• Produce detailed drawings, layouts, schedules, and presentations using Revit (essential) and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with senior architects to maintain design intent, compliance, and technical excellence.
• Work closely with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Coordinate interior architectural elements in line with the client interior vision.
• Attend client, design, and site meetings, contributing professional insight.
• Conduct site visits, support implementation, and assist with project coordination and problem-solving.
• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in residential, commercial, and/or retail architecture.
• Proven experience in Interior Architecture and collaboration with interior design teams.
• Strong proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of construction detailing, building regulations, and documentation standards.
• Strong design, planning, and visualization capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Professional registration (or progress toward registration) is advantageous.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
