Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in supervising or team lead within an Application Support help desk.
• Experience with Office 365 and Azure advantageous.
• Scrum Master / Project Management training (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Application Support Team ensuring timely and efficient ticket resolution.
• Provide daily direction and assist with complaints from end users.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on IT Application Support statistics.
