Who Are We Looking For

A strategic Senior Accountant with advanced Xero expertise to lead our end-to-end accounting operations. This role is ideal for a self-driven, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide critical financial insights to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Scope Accounting : Manage daily operations — AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations — independently
• Xero Expert : Maximise system usage for efficiency and reporting
• Revenue and Cash Flow : Oversee invoicing, debtor management, revenue recognition and billing queries
• Financial Reporting : Deliver monthly P&L, cash flow reports and strategic insights
• Compliance and Controls : Maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance and support audits
• Expense and Payroll Support : Process expenses, credit cards, petty cash and assist with payroll
• Statutory Compliance : Handle all submissions for POPIA, BEE, COIDA, CIPC, UIF, PAYE and OHSA.
