Overview

Our client in the Telecoms sector is looking for a Scrum Master for a contract duration of 5 months.

Job Purpose

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching teams on agile principles, removing impediments and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple squads. This role supports the delivery of high-impact digital products and services aligned with Fintech Group strategic goals.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies for multiple squads.
• Coach teams on agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments to delivery and ensure delivery excellence.
• Support the delivery of high-impact digital products and services aligned with strategic goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience working with APIs, microservices and digital channels is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I / II) preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
