EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED :

• 5+ Years as a Scrum Master
• Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
• Jira and Confluence
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Software development environment exposure
• Project Management
• Successfully implemented Agile for teams and conducted PI planning workshops
• Capable of managing 3 or more teams simultaneously
• Scrum Master certification (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

SCOPE OF WORK :

• Implement Scrum and Kanban Methodologies in Sprint for teams as part of Agile adoption
• Assist teams in implementing changes effectively
• Help software development teams apply the Scrum Framework
• Act as a conduit between product/line-of-business owners and development teams
• Conduct agile ceremonies like planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups
• Ensure teams meet deadlines with desired outcomes
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher Scrum maturity
• Host daily team meetings to monitor progress, address roadblocks, and keep projects on track
• Share updates with product stakeholders on project progress
• Keep stakeholders informed on execution progression
• Organize team activities: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives
• Plan deliverables and monitor team performance
• Remove obstructions reported by teams
• Generate reports and resolve issues hindering team work
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests
