What You Can Expect To achieve total budgeted sales and individual product targets for the assigned territory and to represent the Company in the highest professional manner.
To adhere to Company policies at all times.
Attain proportionate regional sales targets and exceed present Company turnover.
To maintain and grow profitability by adherence to Company pricing policies.
Demonstrate the ability to accept and adapt to different working practices as required by surgeons and hospitals within the designated region whilst maintaining Zimmer Biomet protocols. Full knowledge of market and specific products portfolio (Zimmer Biomet and competitors).
