Sales Rep / Executive (Manufacturing) – Somerset West.
Africa’s largest engineering manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Rep / Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in Somerset West, Cape Town.

Position Objectives:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including setting sales targets and objectives.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, Analyse performance data, monitor KPIs, and generate forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Handling and resolving escalated customer issues with the Project Manager or Production Manager.
- Strong understanding of the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Researching market changes and identifying emerging opportunities.
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and deal structuring.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Required skills and qualifications beneficial.
- Sales experience in the Manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and understand technical assembly drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales analytic’s software.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Ability to travel at least 40% of the time.
