About the Role

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis.

This role is perfect for someone who has a strong personal or professional network and a genuine passion for sales.

No formal experience is required — just the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals.

Your main responsibility will be to sign up new business for Microsoft licensing solutions, including Microsoft , Office licenses, and related cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential customers through your personal / professional network.
  • Promote Microsoft licensing products, including Microsoft , Office, and cloud solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Present solutions to clients and explain licensing options and benefits.
  • Work closely with our internal team to ensure accurate quoting and onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (commission-based rewards).
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and report on progress.
Requirements
  • No formal sales experience required — must have a strong network or the ability to build one quickly.
  • Passion for sales, customer engagement, and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products (Office, Teams, Microsoft ) is an advantage, but training will be provided.
