You will manage leads, guide students through the application process, and collaborate with educational partners. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of consultation experience, strong communication skills, and a proven sales record. This role includes shift hours and provides opportunities for growth in a hybrid work environment.

In this role, you will consult with people seeking a career change about technical education, employment options, and career progression.
As a trusted expert, you will understand potential customers' education needs and career goals and match these future goals with the bootcamp programs we offer through HyperionDev and university partners worldwide.
These programs are designed to help those in non-tech careers switch to full-time coding jobs.
You will manage the customer relationship from lead assignment to enrollment.
As an experienced consultant, you will be in a position of responsibility within the team, with substantial growth opportunities.

As a sales consultant at HyperionDev, you must have a passion and excellent understanding of emerging technologies and real-world programming use cases, a proven track record of 3+ years of professional, solution-based consultation experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Please note that this role covers international hours (AUS: 04:00 – US: 15:00).
