Who You Are
- 3+ years of post-degree experience in the tourism or hospitality industries.
- Willing to travel and has a valid passport.
- A natural storyteller with a proven ability to captivate audiences.
- Highly articulate in both the written and spoken word.
- A great networker and conversationalist who enjoys the company of others.
- Self-confident and empathetic, with the ability to represent the brand with pride.
- Continually curious about travel industry trends and distribution channels.
Your Responsibilities
- Grow brand presence and revenue across Europe, Latin America, Australia, and South Africa through dedicated strategic planning.
- Steward key trade relationships and reputations, sharing the brand story both in-person and digitally.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to draft copy for sales tools and tailored market offers.
- Travel locally and abroad for sales calls and to represent the business at regional and global trade shows.
- Support sales teams with in-the-moment decision-making to enhance trade reputation and commercial success.
- Maintain the trade database and communication channels to ensure consistent market engagement.
What You Need
- A relevant degree-level qualification.
- Well-established relationships with the luxury travel trade, specifically in the Southern Africa Region.
- Deep knowledge of Africa through extensive personal travel experience.

- A global mindset and the willingness to travel internationally.
- Bonus: Existing relationships in European or other international travel markets. MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT
