Integra Motor Group Roodepoort with 25 years motor industry experience is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our automotive business. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, forecast results and market insights to upper management.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff to enhance their skills, product knowledge and digital marketing and sales.
  • Manage the sales budget in reaching and exceeding monthly targets.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing to drive sales, in the automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and LMS systems.
