POSITION INFO

This role is ideal for an aviation-passionate individual who has experience managing a sales team and is eager to help drive the continued growth of the brand worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Sales Department to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Oversee the customer journey from enquiry through delivery, ensuring an exceptional level of service and communication.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments within the company to align sales activities with operational capabilities.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for senior management.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team to maintain a high-performance culture.

  • Experienced pilot with a strong understanding of general aviation and light sport aircraft.
