  • Proven experience in sales support, executive assistance, or other revenue‑facing administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
  • Some college coursework completed, reflecting foundational professional readiness.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to support day‑to‑day operational efficiency.
