A leading automotive retailer in South Africa is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to enhance customer experience by effectively communicating and suggesting vehicles based on needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for the motor trade, with responsibilities including negotiating sales and completing paperwork. About us: We are one of the top three automotive retailers in the UK, proudly representing 32 manufacturer brands and selling a wide range of new and used vehicles from over 150 dealerships across the UK and Ireland.
Contract Type: Permanent, full time
Salary: OTE up to £55,000 per annum plus company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday‑Friday 08:30‑18:00, Saturday 09:00‑17:00, Sunday 11:00‑15:00, one day off per week, weekend rota)
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, passionate about the role, and able to hit targets. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required. Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork is essential.
