As an SDR at Flyp, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring a better way to sell.
Your mission is simple: speak to inbound leads and qualify their needs.
Educate them on how Flyp can unlock more value from their sale.
Book high‑quality meetings for our Marketplace team to convert into live deals, and develop your skills to cover and close clients yourself as well.
You’ll be the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring that every potential client understands our value proposition and moves swiftly through the funnel.

Call, email, and message inbound leads to engage and qualify interest.
Understand seller pain points and clearly articulate how Flyp can help.
Manage your pipeline in HubSpot / Pipedrive, keeping it clean and accurate.
Book meetings for senior sales colleagues, hitting weekly and monthly targets.
Experiment with messaging, channels, and cadences to continually improve conversion rates.
Energy, resilience, and a drive to succeed in sales.
Great communication skills – confident on the phone and clear in writing.
Organised and proactive: you follow up, you chase, you don't drop the ball with CRM tools (HubSpot / Pipedrive) and you have an interest in data‑driven sales.
Previous SDR / BDR experience is a bonus, but not essential – attitude matters more than CV.

You'll report to the Head of Growth Partnership and one of our Co‑Founders, working alongside 2 other SDRs / Account Execs.
You’ll also work closely with the Head of Marketplace Operations, as well as the onboarding and delivery teams for the Marketplace itself.
It's a strong, tight‑knit team across offices in 3 countries – so we know how to back each other up from thousands of miles away.
