Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the efficient operation of sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales efforts, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the team to meet targets and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM systems.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Liaise with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales strategies.
  • Handle incoming queries and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Requirements :
  • Experience in a sales support or coordination role (Preferred)
