The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and marketing leadership, strong financial and commercial acumen, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Position info

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in a multi-branch or technical product environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing distributed teams.
• Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales analytics.
• Experience expanding B2B sales channels locally and into other African markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
• South African citizen with no criminal record.
