A leading recruitment agency seeks a professional Sales Administrator to support a telecommunications business in Centurion. VACANCY: SALES ADMINISTRATOR – TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CENTURION)

Role Overview:
A professional and organized Sales Administrator is required to support a telecommunications business in Centurion.

The successful candidate will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, manage client interactions, and ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding sales inquiries and order updates.

  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining sales documentation.

  • Maintain accurate client records and sales data within company systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Assist with reporting and follow-ups on client accounts to ensure satisfaction.

  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Certificate (essential).

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is advantageous.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years in a client-facing or sales support role, preferably within telecommunications or technology.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
