DBN – Sage Intacct Senior Consultant – Hybrid South Africa

Purpose of the job : To guide clients through the implementation, optimization, and support of Sage Intacct, a cloud‑based financial management software.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of Sage Intacct implementation experience
• Deep knowledge of core financials: GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Order Entry
• Excellent understanding of dimensions and reporting in Intacct
• Experience in SaaS, multi‑entity, or nonprofit implementations
• Working knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Workato, Dell Boomi, custom API)
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct Marketplace solutions (e.g., Nexonia, FloQast)

Technical Competencies and Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementations of Sage Intacct for clients across industries
• Configure financial modules, chart of accounts, dimensions, workflows, and reporting
• Facilitate discovery sessions and translate requirements into deliverables
• Train users, support UAT, and manage go‑live/post‑go‑live activities
• Work with integration partners or APIs to connect 3rd‑party systems
