Job Title: Revenue Director (AI-Integrated)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Director to own and optimize every revenue-generating channel — direct subscriptions, retail distribution, reseller programs, and paid media. This role is highly data-driven and execution-focused, blending digital marketing, funnel optimization, e-commerce integrations, and performance tracking to ensure sustainable and scalable revenue growth. The right candidate thrives at the intersection of growth strategy, operations, and analytics, and is comfortable moving between hands-on execution and executive-level reporting.

Core Responsibilities
  • Digital Paid Media & Funnel Optimization Launch and scale Meta Ads and other campaigns to drive subscriptions. Implement advanced targeting, UTM and pixel tracking, and conversion APIs. Test creatives weekly, optimize for ROAS and CPA targets.
  • Lead Capture & Conversion Own workflows / automations to convert leads into subscribers. Build nurture sequences (GoHighLevel). Monitor inbound leads, ensure follow-up within 48 hours.
  • Landing Page & Web Integration Build Shopify subscription funnels optimized for mobile and upsells. Ensure frictionless checkout and smooth integrations (Fulco, Wix). Test e-commerce flows weekly.
  • Retail Sales Tracking & Optimization Pull / analyze retail data (Disticor, distributors). Identify placement opportunities, manage issue transitions. Coordinate replenishments and in-store promotions.
  • Data, Reporting & Attribution Maintain unified revenue dashboard (affiliate, direct, retail, reseller, ad spend). Deliver weekly reports and monthly executive summaries. Ensure accuracy across all revenue data sources.
  • Special Campaigns Lead event-based marketing blitzes, celebrity / cover tie-ins. Develop seasonal / holiday campaigns.
