The Role: Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day‑to‑day management of the Fourways store. The role focuses on driving sales, leading a small retail team, and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable and professional service aligned with the brand’s standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • 3–5 years retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a store management role
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to achieve sales and service targets
  • Drive sales performance through customer engagement and product knowledge
  • Manage stock control, merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated queries
  • Maintain store presentation in line with brand guidelines
  • Compile basic reports and provide feedback to management
About You
  • 3–5 years retail experience, including 1–2 years in a management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
