Overview

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our cruise ship services.

Responsibilities
  • Process reservations and ensure all necessary details are obtained and accurately recorded
  • Handle changes and cancellations to existing reservations, following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly and professionally addressing any customer concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Stay up-to-date on current promotions, packages, and pricing to effectively sell our services to customers
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and report generation
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of cruise ship industry and destinations is a plus
