The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation, a strong portfolio showcasing short-form video, and the ability to work U.S. hours (9am–5pm EST). This role requires collaboration with team members in a dynamic environment, focusing on brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media management or content creation.
• Strong portfolio of short-form video content and Instagram/TikTok management.
• Proven ability to take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging content.
• Experience building content calendars and executing consistently.
• Ability to work U.S. hours (9am–5pm EST).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with leadership.
